Interfaith Partnerships for Conflict Resolution and Peace-Building

GPFF and its partners are highly committed to resolving conflict and building genuine and sustained collaboration, especially based on common cause among faith leaders rooted in universal principles and values.

• In the Philippines, the Mindanao Peace Initiative takes a participatory and inclusive approach to peace, informed by respect for cultural and religious differences in a region noted for entrenched conflict between Muslims and Christians.
   
• In Kenya, the Rift Valley Peace Initiative is working with key partners to address persistent tribal enmities that were at the cen-ter of post-election violence in 2008.
